I started UncateredEvents with my good friend Tina,a chef for the royal family of Fujairah UAE. We were both "tambay" in our native town Cebu after a few years of working in DUBAI. One day, we were just lounging in our living room keeping every molecules in our brain working ..thinking hard what to do here in Cebu. How to make a living to support ourselves and families. We came up of the idea of cooking a few items and posting them on facebook. After a week of posting and sharing them I got a message from Mr.Yuri,segment host for Balitang Bisdak GMA & regional show if they could feature our famouse brownie ice cream. We could not afford to lose the chance and so we agreed and set a date. After a month, around march Yuri then called us up again if we could provide packmeals for the shoe MANNY MANY PRIZES of the no other than MANNY PACQUIAO..it was a 4 day event and we provided 5 meals per day for over a hundred people. From then on we continued to grow.
